Guest guest
Melonie, When we checked the Delimex Taquitos, the Beef ones were gluten free, but the Chicken ones had something in it that we were concerned about. I can't remember what the ingredient was but I think it was wheat.
Guest guest
Thanks for the list Melonie, I'm about to make a trip to Costco. Just one quick question. What is in the Fruit Gushers that makes them NOT gf? 'Cause I've gotten them for my kids thinking they were gf. Oops. I'd like to know which ingredient was bad, so I can point it out to them when I inform them we can't get them now. nn Melonie Katz wrote: Gluten Free items available at CostCo: Kozy Shack Rice Pudding (clearly marked GF on package) www.kozyshack.com Thai Kitchen Noodle Mixes (clearly marked GF on package) www.thaikitchens.com PhillySwirl Italian Ice Dessserts (clearly marked GF on package) www.phillyswirl.com (note that SwirlWiches are not GF and are not marked as being GF) Other CostCo Products that are GF, but are used at your discretion (these are not marked gluten-free, but were GF the last time I checked. Guest guest
, There are certain kinds of Delimex Taquitos with chicken that are gf. But not all of them. You have to check the ingredients. Our Costco in Fresno, CA fortunately carries the correct ones. We had them with no problems. :-) I hope you are able to find the right ones. They are very good. Guest guest
Since General Mills and Betty Crocker both list any source of gluten (don't hide them in natural flavors) and none are on the Fruit Gushers package, why do you say they are not GF? -----Original Message----- From: Melonie Katz .... Guest guest
Melonie, I called the customer service number for the Pacific Gold brand Beef Jerky. My kids used to eat this all the time and it is very reasonably priced(about $10 a pound), and has a very good flavor. They said that the Original, Peppered and Hot 'n Spicy Beef Jerky are all GF! Only the Teriyaki and the Turkey Jerky (all flavors) are not GF. So if you want to you can add it to the list, or you can call 1- (M-F 8-4 PT) to verify for yourself. This jerky is also made by Oberto and I did not check on their own label of jerky, but it might not be a bad idea to check. Also they sell Frito Lay chips in the single serving packs, which are great for lunch boxes.
