I am trying the SBD after trying Atkins. I think this diet suits me

better. Quick question -- on phase 1 are we allowed no fat sour cream?

Yes, you can have either no-fat or lite sour cream on Phase 1.

You can have the lowfat sour cream now, on a Phase 1 taco salad! Extra lean ground beef, seasonings, chopped tomatoes, salsa, lowfat cheese, lettuce... and that dollop of sour cream!

YUM!

Dips for veggies can be made from the LF and FF sour cream.
