Guest guest
I am chelating my son, 4.5 dx: autism, and have been reading this message board for over a year now and have never posted until today. Why? because he has made remarkable improvment while ironically taking zithromax for a cough. This is the second time he's made a significant jump in language due to zithromax; the first time he basically went from being nonverbal to speaking and identifying his animals. This round he is now speaking in sentences. I have searched the archives and found one other such case that recommended looking at the ccid web page--I actually called them, but did not get any help. I'm wondering if he has some sort of bacteria or virus in his gut that responds to zithromax. My homeopathic doc says this is significant, but doesn't know what to do either. I'm wondering if anyone has been on a low dose of zithromax for any extended period of time and I'm wondering if I can chelate while doing this too. My son also makes great strides after every round of chelation and we just added the ALA last round, but had to skip this round because of illness. Quite honestly I feel like I've found a silver bullet and don't know what to do. This message board has been a tremendous source of information for us; know you all are helping thousands of other families that don't speak out either. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
