Guest guest
--I was wondering the same thing. When I was shopping I was DYING to get some Fudgsicles but all I could find was " No Sugar Added. " I didn't get them because I assumed we couldn't have them. Someone help! > I looked more closely at the box of fudgsicles I have.... it actually says " NO SUGAR ADDED " (not sugarless). When I read the nutrition info, there is I think 1g sugar and 2g sugar alcohol. But, in the ingredients, no sugar listed as being added. > > Are these OK? It is the popular brand of fudgsicles (in the bright yellow box) I can't remember right now what brand... Good Humor, maybe? > > Thanks >

Guest guest
These are fine--there is no " added " sugar because many of them are made from dairy and milk naturally has sugar. You will find the same thing with hot chocolate mixes and ff yogurts.Sugar alcohol is the sweetener. It has no sugar, but is made from it. Like Splenda.
