Guest guest
An occasional beer won't kill you or anything, but daily ones could bring back cravings AND your tummy. Also Dr A says you should consume it with a meal rather alone since it will lower it's GI. Just before New Year's Dr A provided a recipe for Bloody 's. I guess that it's a bit of have your drink and get your veggies, too. Carol > Are any of the low carb beers doable. The diet is great. Guest guest
Thanks. But is there any validity to the low carb beer (3g) from (i.e mich low carb) or is it all hype because of maltose is maltose? > > Are any of the low carb beers doable. The diet is great. Guest guest
Lite is almost as low carb as Michelob. Why pay the higher price for the low carb hype? I just know that now my DH has added beer back to his WOL he has a bit of beer belly again without the pounds. That's proof enough for ME. > > > Are any of the low carb beers doable.
