An occasional beer won't kill you or anything, but daily ones could

bring back cravings AND your tummy. Also Dr A says you should

consume it with a meal rather alone since it will lower it's GI.

Just before New Year's Dr A provided a recipe for Bloody 's. I

guess that it's a bit of have your drink and get your veggies, too.

Thanks. But is there any validity to the low carb beer (3g) from

(i.e mich low carb) or is it all hype because of maltose is maltose?

Lite is almost as low carb as Michelob. Why pay the higher

price for the low carb hype? I just know that now my DH has added

beer back to his WOL he has a bit of beer belly again without the

pounds. That's proof enough for ME.
