Sen. Frist's true colors ....... he is an M.D. and is chairman of the N.R.S.C.

The National Republican Senatorial Committee. He apparently has a vested

interest in this bill if not a political pay off for past support. Politics

makes for strange bed fellows.

Here is his web. site http://www.nrsc.org/nrscweb/privacy/. He is well respected

apparently in his profession and make a tough enemy, politically speaking. It

will take a lot of grass roots effort to head this bill off S. 2053.

Check out S 2053 - Frist drug manufacturers' relief bill

1. Eliminates all class actions

2. Eliminates loss of consortium claims for parents

3. Requires removal of state cases to federal courts

4. Gives the government alternate causes to help them disprove causation

in

cases

5. Reduces the potential recovery for lost earnings.

6. Does NOT allow for interim attorneys' fees.

7. Does NOT have a one time look-back provision for the 6 year statute

of

limitations

8. Basically tells vaccine victims where to go!!!

he looks a tough nut and will be being paid for sure. the drug

companies could and perhaps will spend a billion dollars on this and

it would be cheap money for them.

frist looks so difficult that if personal info on irregular doings by

him came anyones way, that....

threres a huge scandal here and subversion of basic tenents of law

whereby indivduals and corporate entities causing damage are liable

for it, is being circumvented.

individuals in politics are very vulnerable to revelations of behind

the scenes " business " dealings, middle ranking types like frist are

usually well involved in this, especially since they often act as go

betweens for the very high up ones who need to be very clean.
