Well put, . Slow and steady wins the race. My wife and I started

SB mid Feb - only lost 8 lb each after 2 weeks. We're on Week 11 and

I'm now down 25 lb and my DW is down 22. And we're happy with our

losses. It isn't a contest. We're taking the time to make this a

lifestyle changeover and trying to do it right. I'm working at

getting more exercise - daily walks and working in the yard. We both

feel better and have more energy. We've both lost inches - heck even

our dentures feel loose.

> Just wanted to jump in and say I am so proud of everyone ... your

all doing so good.

slowly...do more Phase 2 and 3 then 1.

months now..and now I am working at losing another 5. My Doctor said

take it slow so it stays off. So remember everyone...slow is good.

way of life now.

reply ... then please go up to Edit and the hit select all..and then

hit your delete button on your keyboard...it gives you a fresh area

to write in and we all don't have to scan throw all the stuff we

already read. Sure appreciate it...have a super and healthy week.

-OMG that is hilarious~ I know I've heard people who lose alot of

weight say they have to buy new shoes cuz even their feet get

smaller BUT dentures!! You'll have to go back to the denturist and

get them relined or something now!! Congrats on your success though!!
