Guest guest
Just a reminder: we're not counting carbs. I do have some recipes that I will have to ook up later. Meanwhile, here are some meat subs listed as "Good" in Good Fats, Good Crabs: Black bean burger Tofu pup Seitan Tempeh Burger Soy Burger Fakin Bacon Five grain, original or wild rice tempeh Baked and seasoned, firm or silken tofu I know Dr A has also said previously that Quorn products are good. These are what I usually use. Good luck! tofu recipes? Hi everybody, I am on my second week of the SBD diet and am new to this group. I am a vegetarian and having a hard time finding sources of protein without high amount of carbs in them! Does anybody in the group know of any good tofu recipes? Thanks in advance.PRReminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats. Guest guest
There is a vegetarian South Beach group that could most likely help you with the tofu thing. I've never really been brave enough to do much with it.
