One week down....

Hi everyone. Today is my official start of Week 2 of SBD, and I am

down 11 POUNDS!!!! Yay!!! Guess my body is just in shock right now. I

am determined to get slim and trim (before I get pregnant of course!)

so I still have a way to go. I just got done catching up on all the

posts from the weekend, since my 5 month old keeps me too busy to

look at the computer on the weekends. I play catch-up when I get to

work in the mornings. I did cheat a bit this weekend--had a little

chips and salsa at a mexican restaurant after we took our daughter

for easter pictures, but I had a grilled chicken with grilled veggies

for the meal. Like someone else said, I don't feel too bad if I

cheat, because if I'm looking at this more as a lifestyle, I have to

have a few things I enjoy every now and then. Otherwise, I know how I

am and if I feel I am being deprived, there is NO WAY I'll make it on

this. Anyway, the pounds still came off, so I'm feeling great. I told

DH that if I can get 5 more pounds off this week, then I'll switch to

Phase 2. I can't WAIT to eat some oatmeal in the morning...yummy!!!!

Where is everyone finding the Laughing Cow cheese? DH and I looked in

the section where they have lunchmeat and cheese at Super WalMart and

didn't see it. Guess we should have checked the specialty cheeses???

Someone please let me know. That's a great idea also about doing some

sauteed onions for a side!! I'm going to try the

cauliflower " potatoes " for dinner tonight, so I may try that also.

Thanks for all the posts...just reading your experiences is really

keepin me going and keeping me on track!
