I read that, too, , in a study that included Morley, MD.  I have the

info. at home if you don't find it - it was something I received in the mail and

it came with a free CEU.

I once saw research that indicated the best time to give drink supplements

(Ensure, etc.) was an hour before meals. Does anyone have research they can

share on this subject? I have the usual problem of nursing staff wanting to give

supplements at meal time!
