Your writing about it kept me glued to the page. You managed so well through all that, and tried your best not to alarm your children. I think you did terrific. It sounds as though you have good medical care at last, and this may be the start of the healing process for you. I suggest that you print out a copy of this day for your memory book or journal. Soon, when you are well, maybe you will re-read this episode and see what a creative woman you are and how this whole incident may be even slightly??:) humorous to you.
