Guest guest
Has anyone switched from WW to SBD? I am a former WW who switched to SBD. But I've only been on it for a week so its hard for me to tell you too much. It sdifferent than Atkisn in the resepct that we do eat veggies but no fruit for the first two weeks and then you begin to intrdouce carbs back into yoru diet paying careful attention to eating good carbs and good fat. ~~ in NJ~~ So Many Books, So Little Time Currently Reading:The Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy Just Finished:Prince of Lost Places by Kathy Hepinstall (A-) The Other Boleyn Girl by a ( The Swalllows of Kabul by Yasmina Khadra (A) September by munde Pilcher (A) Fear of Frying by Jill Churchill ( The South Beach Diet Book By Arthur Agastson (B+) 3rd Degree by ©

Guest guest
Lorrie, I was pretty successful on WW but just got to the point where I.COULDN'T.COUNT.POINTS.ANYMORE. I found I was only eating the very few things I knew by heart. I was also hungry all the time. I have lost about 20 lbs on SBD and personally could never go back to what was for me the "prison" of WW. I know some here will disagree, though! LOL Good luck, WW TO SBD Good morningI am a new user. I lost 65 lbs last year on WW and am still followingpoints and am bored. I have 30 lbs to go and would like to do it by June. Iam contemplating starting SBD next week. I have bought the book for myweekend reading. I was on Atkins 3 years ago and I only lost 10 lbs andgained 4 kidney stones from increased protein and fat. I am worried aboutthis again, but not as much because I can eat some carbs on SBD. Has anyoneswitched from WW to SBD? My husband was on the Zone last year and lost 30and he said SBD is a good diet as well. Any info or insight you pros canprovide would be helpful.Lorrie Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats.
