Weigh in day

Hi all. Today was week 6 weigh in day. After a couple of weeks of no weight loss, I am suddenly down another 3 pounds. This makes a total of 14! Afer six weeks - Me 16 pounds total. She - 14 punds total. Have

added back a few carbs - rice, cereal, whole grain bread, etc. Found

that an orange made me HUNGRY! Who'da thunk it? Anyway - it works

if you hang in there!
