Dear FORUM,

Ref: No Drugs HIV positive ‘outsiders’actions

This is not the first run in with Goa and its pre-occupation with people whom

I've called " preferred Goans " .

After the Bulldozers hit the homes of the non-preferred but Goan born residents

on 14th June 2004, in what can only be described as an act of aggression which

should have been defended by National Security forces, it stands to reason that

any non-preferred Goans who survived would be treated in a genocidal manner.

What I have done is constructed the very deplorable description of the human

rights violations in Goa to every Travel Agent and Travel advisor in my State by

way of an e-news letter advising that Goa be blacklisted from Indian travel

Itineraries until it stops its genocidal treatment of residentIndians in the so

called 'State' of the Indian Republic.

I would be pleased to be kept informed of any developments, if in fact it is

even possible for the Republic of India to ever manage its deplorable human

rights violations, and in particular the following Articles in the Universal

Declaration of Human Rights to which the Republic of India is a signatory.

The HIV 'outsiders' Report and Gay Hate crimes violate Article 2, Article 3,

Article 5, Article 7, Article 8, Article 13, Article 25, and Article 28 and if

any of the aggrieved persons feels sufficiently motivated avenues exist for

grievances to be dealt with in the International Court if they are not able to

be addressed within the signatory Country.

In addition all HIV/AIDS funding organisations need to be advised that the

actions are in serious breach of international guidelines and the direction of

funding into India needs to be shepherded to ensure that entitled persons are

not deprived of treatment on grounds which are in breach of the Indian

Republic's Constitution to which one could reasonably assume Goa is bound.

In this instance actions must begin with the Goa Medical College

Directorate.
