My exercise log has a section for each day to record meals and snacks. It's not quite an IE log, but it does have room for notes about how you felt that day. By recording your exercise along with your food intake, you can begin to see patterns in your hunger. This is the one I have: BodyMinder Workout and Exercise Journal (A Fitness Diary)
