The good news is, although the statistics can look scary, there are large numbers of women with uterine anomalies who go on to successfully carry babies to term. (I hope to be able to report that I am one of those in about 4-7 weeks!) To answer your questions, here is what I have read about uterine anomalies, which may of course vary from others' knowledge or experiences. Miscarriage, statistically speaking, is slightly more likely, but remember that the likelihood of miscarriage in the first trimester is already pretty high (33% I think?) even in women *without* a uterine anomaly. Bed rest is generally not needed or even helpful for uterine anomalies, except in the case of an additional problem being present, like placenta previa or incompetent cervix. So in all likelihood, yes, you could continue to work. (I am.) Also, if you have a successful pregnancy, there should be no reason why you can't have more than one child. You may have to have repeat c-sections, but otherwise I don't think there's a problem. Hope this helps.
