Guest guest
My 4 year old has been gluten free for 9 months. I think he may be sensative to corn and possibly other things as well. Is there an objective test (not a scratch test - we tried that) that would detect a sensativity to other foods? Regardless we are going to try corn free soon. Does anybody have recipes or sources for corn free and gluten free? Thank you, Cara
Guest guest
Cara- I know there is a "back issue" of Living Without magazine that addresses the corn-free diet. They sell old issues, so maybe you could contact them. My cousin has a child that has a corn allergy & if I can get any info. from her I will pass it along. Good Luck!
