Guest guest
Hey Stix, Actually, she wants to wait a little while to talk about it. She's been married once to a guy who got his kicks off of hurting her, so she's just getting the stigma out of her head. I figure I'll propose around Christmas. Guest guest
Hey Shell, thanks for the good wishes. 3 hours of rehearsal tonight (it was lots of fun), 3 hours tomorrow, and a dress rehearsal Saturday. When am I supposed to walk? Anyway, I've been playing various instruments since I was a kid. I directed my first symphony at 16, and I've played every instrument in the orchestra. I don't ever want to do it for money. It's my passion, not my job. But no bra and skirt. I'm going black jeans and a cool-light blue t-shirt. Gotta look stylish. Plus, I only wear the fun stuff when I dance (and I DON'T dance much). Haven't eaten well this week, but it's 11:25 and I'm just getting settled down. Didn't get home until after 10. I was a trumpet player in junior high/high school. I even took second in state my senior year. I received a full music scholarship (but didn't even finish first semester...some insane urge to marry the man I now find repulsive...lol)! I wanted to teach children instrumental musical and instill in them the love and appreciation for the art that my director gave me. My friends make fun of my music collection because it is so diverse. I truly love all types of music (and listening to them all at varying times depending on my mood). Most people think journalism is my true passion, but it is and always will be music. All of that to tell you I wish you the best with your performance Sunday. Go get em. Wish I could be there. Oh, and will you be debuting the musical in your coconut bra and hula skirt...lol!!!Shell263/264/130>^..^<
Guest guest
Shell, Maybe the music is something you could get back into?? You should never have to give up your dreams, and it's never too late to get them back. Donna > Music is one of my great passions in life as well. I was a trumpet > player in junior high/high school.
