The second time I made them, I cooked them in more water and the

cauliflower flavor was much less. Worth a try!

Though I've never made the SB potatoes myself, last night I went to Ruby Tuesdays and they have a whole low-carb/fat menu (including the SB potatoes)! I tried the "SB" potatoes and they were very yummy!!!! Potatoes >>Have any of you tried the Surprise South Beach Mashed "Potatoes"?Yes, I tried them. And they tasted like pureed cauliflower to me. Nota bit like potatoes. But I like them anyway. Reminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. Yes, I tried them. And they tasted like

pureed cauliflower to me. Not

a bit like potatoes. But I like them

anyway.

Reminder:

The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat. The South Beach Diet

teaches you to rely on the right carbs and the right fats-the good ones-and

enables you to live quite happily without the bad carbs and bad fats.
