Guest guest Posted January 19, 2004 Report Share Posted January 19, 2004 oops, I think I got that off another list, here it is: DJ 1 lb. container part-skim ricotta cheese> 1 egg> 1 tsp. vanilla extract> 8 packets Splenda> handful of slivered almonds (optional)> I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray (to grease pan)>> Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated. > Spray pan with cooking spray and pour mixture in.
