Guest guest
Although I did try pedometers the first time, nothing came up. This time it did. Thank you. Do you have one? My problem is that I do not wear belts - elasticized waist pants = so do not know whether I can wear one. Risa wrote: They aren't offically called 'step counters'. Guest guest
I'm glad it worked for you now. Nope, I don't have one, but might just get one. I'd be curious to see how much walking around I do. Between commuting to NYC everyday for work, wandering around the office (we take a full city block), not to mention I have 3 month old twins.. I do ALOT of walking. Now that I'm out of lurkdom, I might as well introduce myself. My name is Risa, I live in Northern NJ. I'm a computer programmer by trade and new mom to twins. It's this new mom thing that has me dieting. I quit smoking three years ago and gained almost 20lbs. I lost that in three months on Atkins and kept it off until I got pregnant. I didn't gain a huge amount of weight during the pregnancy, only 50 lbs, lost 25 of them when I delivered and have slowly been working to get the remainder off. I've been doing a half-hearted "modified" atkins but believe the SBD is probably better for you in the long run. I'm 5'0" and this morning weighed 115.5. I'd like to get back to my pre-preg weight of 100. Back to lurkdom Risa <snip> Although I did try pedometers the first time, nothing came up. This time it did. Thank you.Do you have one?
