Guest guest
SBD doesn't deprive you or limit you like some diets do, so you should have no problem. I wouldn't change a good exercise habit unless I had to!--Orea > HI > I have a question-- I exercise quite a bit-- walk 27-35 miles a week > at a pace of 4 mph and do weights for 20minutes twice a week. Guest guest
Orea That was what I wondered if sticking to the points was too little food for me. I am reading the book right now and will not start the diet till I finish thebook which with my schedule may be a while. I am sticking to meat and vegies right now. Guest guest
I can tell you that my former WW leader who taught aerobics several days a week told us she couldn't lose unless she ate at the top of her Points range. This was back in 123 Points days. Otherwise her body thought she was starving. So you are on the right track.
