SBD doesn't deprive you or limit you like some diets do, so you should

have no problem. I wouldn't change a good exercise habit unless I had

That was what I wondered if sticking to the points was too little food for me. I am reading the book right now and will not start the diet till I finish thebook which with my schedule may be a while. I am sticking to meat and vegies right now.

I can tell you that my former WW leader who taught aerobics several

days a week told us she couldn't lose unless she ate at the top of her

Points range. This was back in 123 Points days. Otherwise her body

thought she was starving. So you are on the right track.
