NDTV - HIV/AIDS and trafficking within the film industry

Dear Forum members,

SFDRT has been having the privilage of working with special populations for the

prevention and Care of HIV/AIDS such as the liquor bars, prisons and now the

southern film industry.

This being the country's only initiative has seen tremondous risks and scopes,

within the said perview. The current program being implemented since 2003 has

been supported by NACO/CAPACS.

This is perhaps the only targeted group that has gone through the ill effects of

migration, violence, exploitation, trafficking and finally ended up with

HIV/AIDS.

NDTV headed by Mouhya Chowdry has taken immense steps in capturing the above and

it is being on air at the 24x7 NDTV chanel as per the following timings:

Friday - 10th February - 2006 - 8.30pm

Friday night/ saturday morning - 11th february - 2.30am

Wednesday - 15th February - 2006 - 4.30pm
