well, one place you could read is

/files/ANDY_INDEX

Read the section:

CHEMISTRY OF (AND USE OF): SULFUR, CYSTEINE, NAC, THOILS, ETC.

It is not as thorough as it could be, but should be some food

for thought in there. The index to Andy's book has a number

of pages listed for sulfation and sulfur foods. I don't know

how thorough this is either, since it is the sort of stuff

I undoubtably skipped when reading Andy's book
