Almost 2 64 oz jugs of water gone. WATP 2 ile Express with stretchie done. Possibly I will do the 2 mile with the weights later. Right now thats the plan

Let me say I am amazed that you went to Curves. I hope that you did not do too much and make yourself feel worse. Be careful and take care of yourself.

Sounds like a yummy lunch/dinner! Sounds like you enjoyed yourself. Get that water in and move on. One high point meal is not the end of the world. Besides, you went to Curves today too!

Good Job on going to Curves. you are doing great. As far as the food, we all have to splurge occassionally. As long as you are back on track today.
