Guest guest
That is just GREAT! Smiling huh? So happy to hear it! I am hoping for no more bad tummy for her! lknglas11@... wrote: Hi all,I just got back from visiting Alice. She is sitting up in her bariatric bed, and SMILING! Guest guest
Awesome way to go! I'm so glad for Alice D ... I went to the LMH support group meeting tonight for Dr. Randall got to see for a few minutes after the minute. She looked comfortable, she said she was in no pain .. but was very hot .. she had wash clothes on her to help cool down & could really use a small clamp on type fan for the bed rail ... the surgery went well .. under 2 hours I believe & they repaired a hernia ... she is on ice & chapstick tonight & should get water tomorrow & get up to walk .. and moved from the icu to her room (normal for Dr. Randall patients I hear) So Im' so pleased to see everyone doing so well with their surgeries .. I asked if she had any words as a really new post op for the pre ops going in soon. She said not really LOL but then she said yes it was worth it ... just knowing what is to come next So all the best to you all again coming up! Please double check the calendar ... to make sure you are on it if you want to be. Lyssa Re: Alice D. Hi all, I just got back from visiting Alice. She is sitting up in her bariatric bed, and SMILING!
