Guest guest
Lin here: I would back off the supplements for a while until your thyroid hormone is stabilised. Things like DHEA or any of those metabloism speederuppers may interfere with your treatment. Maybe add one at a time -later- on and see how each one will affect you. Then you can track which is doing what. This thyroid is the most imortant thing right now-it is the bottom line for all of our body functions. Who knows, maybe after you're straightened out you may find that you are responding better than before with just your workouts alone. Of course you can always have the protein supplements-just cool it with the others for a while. Any opinions from our doctor guides on bodybuilding supplements?
