Where do you go and what do you order

Depends where I am at... Taco Bell is my preference. Nacho Bell Grande and a diet coke. gets the taco- we share the drink.

Try not to let your mind wander... It is too small and fragile to be out by itself.

More than likely I'd go to Sonic for a diet cherry limeade and then perhaps Dairy Queen for one of their 99 cent plain hamburgers (2s, 2 mt, 2 fa) because I'm both cheap and love hamburgers with lots of mustard. I'd figure that I could "afford" to use up those exchanges in return for speed and satisfaction. No fries though or other extras. Lots of times though the Sonic drink suffices for a few more hours until I can make it to my own frig. Betty

I'd stay away from the fast food and wait til I get home and eat there something healthy....if I was folling my food plan to the letter...or if i couldn't wait and was just starving...I would go to DQ and either get the grill chicken burger, lite of mayo or maybe 2 tacos...tacos not the best choice but better than getting to hungry and really blowing it! We don't have good fast foods out here that provide healthy choices...If in SA and close to a jac n the box we like the Southwest Chicken Salads...but you have to go lite on the dressing an corn chips that are included in the meal. I would get the grilled chicken salad at DQ, very good.

You've been racing around all day trying to run errands and get all of your appointments out of the way so that you can go walk or exercise with your workout buddies. You only have enough time between appointments to drive through a fast food restaurant to grab something quick to eat. Where do you go and what do you order?
