Whoa! Of course (of zip-n-squeeze) wants new customers. And I felt

like you when I first read that I had to call to get my zipppies. What? talk

on the phone? I was like...no way. So while I cannot argue that you may be

hesitant to talk on the phone, I gotta say, that talking to when I

ordered my zippies was one of the best things that happened to me during my

recovery.

I originally had one of my kids phone in the order, because I was only a week

post-op and had not yet braved the phone. After she took the order,

asked to talk with me--no matter how I sounded--just to find out how I was

doing. She offered me tips, including straightening out my liquid diet big

time, as I was losing weight faster than I could put on a slimmer pair of

jeans every day. She also gave me about half a dozen recipe ideas to try in

about two minutes, and inspired me to get back to that blender and invent some

of my own.

She's one heck of a nurse who truly cares about her customers, is busy coming

out with a new and improved zippie, as well as a cook book, and feeding

devices for cleft palate kids. If she doesn't have the time or inclination to

put a secure line on her site, I can easily overlook that for what I've

gotten from her.

I know what you mean. I cannot stand calling/faxing away to order

products. I'm not into shopping online either, but that is just for

personal discretion. It would be wise for then to set up an online

ordering process, as so many people are into it.

If you are haveing your surgery soon, I do feel for you as obtaining

one of those devices is a good recovery plan. If you are not

having your surgery soon, not too worry...as zip-n-squeeze sales

increase, word will get out & before you know it, little zip-n-

squeeze~like devices will be on the shelves in department stores

(grocery, walmart, target, pharmacy) all over.

Maybe I can clear things up for you...

I am a nurse and a member of this group who developed this product to

help people, like yourself who are undergoing major reconstructive

surgery and would otherwise have to eat with a syringe.

This is a patented product and yes, will eventually be in retail

stores where people can purchase them more easily. However, in the

mean time I am doing the best I can with what I am doing.

It puzzles me a bit why calling, faxing or e-maling is such a strain

when this is something that is available to HELP you in recovery.

Not everything is perfect in life and comes delivered on a platter.

As it happens, I am currently working on a online order form to make

things easier, especially now that the products are

international...where time differences really are a strain for

ordering.

All I can do is take things one step at a time. I really try hard to

help people out on this site. Sorry this is such a inconvienence for

you.

,

I haven't even had my surgery yet and I'm glad that you have these!

I'll get them any way I can (will be ordering later).

Thanks for coming up with some products that so many people

appreciate. Folks can wait for the online order form.

Irish!

--- Thanks for the tip...

I didn't realize the importance of online ordering for some people.

I will work to get the order form up and running as soon as possible.

I had no idea you were a member of this group. I wasn't attacking

you personally, lol. I just assumed there would be an online

ordering form. I also had no idea that the inventor of the product

also happened to be running the website herself.

Hey people, stop making me the bad guy :/. It was just an innocuous

comment on my part.

Hey! About ordering the zippies: I've always found very

responsive to e-mails. (Of course, I wasn't trying to reach her when

she was off at that convention.) But I'm sure she's prompt and

concerned, and will take good care of you if you e-mail her and tell

her what you need!

You're not a bad guy. You just pointed out a need. No harm.

Now, sit down and send a nice e-mail, and she'll send your

zippies flying to you!
