Guest guest Posted May 12, 2004 Report Posted May 12, 2004 ---I agree. The group DOES have alot to offer so don't throw in the towel because someone's post appears to have offended you. It's extremely difficult to understand a persons' tone or attitude when you simply reading it here. I don't think the poster MEANT to be rude (but do agree it did sound a little rough)it was just the way it was worded. Don't let it defeat you!! Hang in there. Guest guest Posted April 25, 2005 Report Posted April 25, 2005 Hi everyone......my name is Debbie and I'am a 44 year old nurse in Illinois. I will be having Open RYN on June 7,2005 at Memorial Medical Center Springfield, Il. My surgeon is Dr. Peralta. I have Personal care HMO insurance. I have been in a program jumping through all the hoops since June 2005. My insurance approved me on the first attempt. I have been heavy all my life and have tried everything to lose weight only to regain all I had lost and then some. I feel like such a failure. I hope this works for me but I'am so afraid it won't. I know better than to fall for that notion. I just have failed so many times. I don't want to fail this time. I have been watching this group on here for some time now and I can say I feel so much more encouraged since I started reading comments here. You all seem like such a great bunch. I look forward to chatting with some of you. My e mail address is doody3361@.... Well, thanks for letting me ramble. Hope to hear from you..... __________________________________________________ Quote
