It is too late in the cycle to chart (to really determine ovulation), but I would suggest getting some opks. Those should work this cycle... But what if its different this time. I usually ovulated on around the 19th. For two months I took clomid it was on the 16th. I really don't want to waste this month though. My doctor does know that this is going the same way, but his argument is that my ep. was on the left, and the pains this time is the right, which doesn't make sense to me, bec. if my ep. was caused by some kind of infection or something, chances are that the other tube was also affected, so it could very well happen on the right.( make sense?) He is concerned though, but seems to be comforted by the neg. blood tests, but that is why he wants to redo them on Friday, just to be sure. Strange how he is happy the blood test was neg. while I feel totally morbid about it... I am feeling a lot better right now though, the pains have subsided to a dull ache, sort of tenderish, and my blood pressure is better. I am also walking into every wall and door available, which is always a good sign with me, as when I am 100% fine, I am very clumsy, but when I am sick, no bruises for days.LOL I am really starting to think that I should be seeing a RE though, cause all the hassles I've been having the last while just doesn't seem right to me, and neither my doc. or gynea. seems overly worried about it, or other wise they cannot find any explanation. I feel that there has to be something somewhere causing all these problems.I never use to have any hassles which is why this is just not right for me. I just heard from a friend that had sort of similiar happenings a few months back. She was 2 days late when she did a HPT, and it came back neg. so she had a blood test done, also came back neg. then at 5 days late, she did another HPT since AF hadn't shown yet, and it was pos. she is now very much pregnant. This gives me some hope, although I really think that if I am not pg. this time, I should have a HSG done at the very least, just to check. anyways, again I apologise for the long mail. take care sonja Re: pg Sonja, What you are going through sounds really scary. I have a question though. Have you told your dr that it seems the same as your previous ep. Or has s/he expressed remembering the last one. Doctors have lots of patients and may not remember the specific details unless s/he checked back through your records. My point in this is maybe they can find a way to test if it is presenting the same way. I don't really know. It is just a suggestion. I am really praying that things start going better. Just make sure you stick with the bedrest until you are advised otherwise. I am considering doing one tonight, just because I can't wait any longer. But, I know if it is negative, I'll be so bummed and is working late so we won't get to comiserate together. Plus, I am trying to wait until she is actually late. I will probably break down in the am and just do it first thing. So I expect AF no later than Saturday or Sunday morning. If she has not shown up on Sun., I will test. I will update over the weekend to let everyone know about the results. It's probably best to wait, but like you I couldn't wait any longer, so I just did it. I have my fingers and toes crossed for you and I'm sending you some baby dust ************* and all the positive thoughts ++++++++++++++++++ I can pull together. I'm so nervous, I have my second HCG test this afternoon, I'm praying the levels have increased, I feel sick. I don't know what is wrong with me, I keep crying for no apparent reason. Last night I started thinking about the baby I lost, I must have cried for an hour, the pain was still so fresh. My girlfriend call in the middle of it (she doesn't know I'm pregnant) and asked why I was upset. I couldn't tell her, because I know she would have said why are you still upset, I thought you had dealt with that. I don't think we will ever stop dealing with our losses it just becomes part of us, at least that's how I feel. But last time I went away I found out I had my ep less than a week before we left. I had Metho shots on a Monday. Had to go back for another round on Friday. We left for San Diego on Saturday. I was so nervous on the plane ride.We left from Boston. We had the trip planned since July. We could have canceled, except for it was actually a business trip for my dh. He was going to have to go no matter what. My birthday was on that Tuesday. I was already upset about the ep, but thinking of losing a baby and being home alone on my birthday, made me cry even harder. It seemed like I was living a nightmare at the time. They have a temp./symptom board, and I think that is where I saw it.I also have a fertility book at home called, 'your natural fertility'(author?)and they say that if your period starts after 4pm. you should count the next day as day one.If she starts before 4 pm. that is day one.
