you could type tachycardic but I think the tachycardic replaces the regular

rate.

That's my take on it, as well ... whether you go with tacky " tachy " (I

wouldn't) or tachycardic, something doesn't jive here. IMO, it needs a

flag.

Not that the doc will necessarily care ... I still clearly remember the

time I flagged a report which said " no murmurs " and then described a 2/6

murmur; when flagged and returned, the doc had simply written " close

enough. "

So ... whatever. :-)
