: It sounds like you are doing great! I do have one word of advice for

you, you need to eat at least your minimum and no less! If you don't eat

enough your body will think that you are starving yourself, and hold on to

everything! You will get so much better at this as you go along! Hang in

there, and keep up the great work!

Well I started 5 days ago. I think I am doing really well. I don't feel deprived

at all as a matter of fact I feel full just about all the time except later on

in the evening. I try not to eat after a certain time as that is not a good

thing with me. I am still finding it VERY hard to reach my points every day. I

have yet to have one day where I have hit the minimum of 24! I don't know how

much of a problem that is but I am eating very healthy and a bunch of food! If I

fit in all of my fruits, veggies, and water I feel stuffed. I need to work on my

water intake some more as I know I need more. I went shopping the other day and

it took a while because I was figuring out points for everything. The garden

burger riblets are FANTASTIC! I got some of the Gimme Lean sausage and ground

beef along with some of the veggie shreds in cheddar and mozzarella. Fat free

cream chess was another high light with light bread. I bought cabbage and acorn

squash to be cooked up this week. I cut up celery and have baby carrots to nosh

on. I have romaine lettuce and plenty of really good FF salad dressing. Does

anyone have a favorite LF or FF mayonnaise? I need to get some and instead of

trying them all I thought I would ask here first. I have lost 4 pounds of water

weight since Wednesday. I am pretty happy with that. Something happened today

that made me a bit upset and really hurt my feelings but I am going to turn it

around to the positive. I was sitting somewhere where a friend usually sits ( a

skinny friend LOL) and the guy tells me how are you doing so and so? You have

sure gained quite a lot of weight since I saw you last. I told my hubby who is

normally not sympathetic about things like this (he feels I imagine that people

are being conescending about me weight instead of it actually happening) and he

was upset. He is a strong supporter of mine but unfortunately has been down this

road with me too many times before. This is my oppurtunity to show a bunch of

people that I have learned from my mistakes and I can accomplish something!!!

Thanks for listening
