I have neither. Sarcoidosis of the intestines can mimic IBD as it grows lesions just like Crohns but a different type of lesion called a granuloma. That is why they are suggesting you rule out the differential diagnosis of sarcoidisis in IBD cases with fistulas or lesions of the perineum.
