O.k....have to ask ....what are elephant ears?

In Indiana they were as common as the funnel cakes are here in Texas. It is a dough that is deep fried then rolled in sugar and cinnamon. Sorta like a funnel cake but with sugar and cinnamon instead of powered sugar. They have something similar you can buy her but not nearly as good. It's Spanish and I can't spell it but it starts with a B.

willie , it is real flat and is sugary and fried , sort of like those things in our HEB , sugary , flat , cinnamon, fried and good.
