Are you scheduled to do a program tomorrow night?

I am! I need to look for ideas... I'm waiting for a phone call... things this weekend.. were.. horrible, and too metional for me. I ate, and I ate a lot. So my weigh in won't be very good either. Oh well... good luck getting rid of your babies! =-)

I struggle EVERY day, Melody. At times, I make food choices that I know I shouldn't, but.... I don't let one bad decision set the tone for the day, week, etc. I ate too much one day, so I spent the next walking behind a mower, as opposed to sitting on the tractor. We're in a long, uphill struggle to lose weight and lead healthier lives. We can't let a gain turn into a snowball that's rolling down hill, getting bigger and bigger.

Remember, only you can motivate, or 'move' yourself to lose weight.

KNOW THAT YOU CAN!

Thanks! I don't know about another loss tomorrow night... I did a real good job of maintaining this week, but don't think I will show a loss. Hope you had a good weekend. I've got so much to do today, but I'm sitting here waiting on a lady that's coming out to look at some of my spring goat kids. I hope she takes a couple home with her.
