Guest guest
Does anyone know where is hiding. My big day is coming and I have called her twice and Emailed her and have had no response. I'm getting a little antsy. Is she on vacation does anyone know? Thanks, Donna
Guest guest
Donna, I don't know where is, but I would definitely keep looking for her! I wouldn't have made it without my zip-n-squeeze baggies! I liked the jaw wrap too. I used it with ice for probably 2 weeks! I'm 4 weeks post-op and it still feels good every now and then on my chin. Guest guest
Donna, is at a convention of folks dealing with clefts, I believe. I think she's gonna be there for a week. I don't know what other provisions she's made for the business while she's away. I can tell you that Dinner Through A Straw, P.O. Box 332574, Murfreesboro, TN, 37133 or phone (1-); website www.dinnerthroughastraw.net ; or e-mail dinnertrhoughastraw@... also offers them, as well as some good- looking cookbooklets. You might try with them while is out of pocket. is so wonderfully prompt that she'd be sure to get 'em to you in a hurry. I hope these folks are, too! Guest guest
Thank you Cammie. Funny but my surgeon gave me that book with two Zip N Squeeze to start with. I have two and he also told me my hospital would also give me a few. I was really wanting that jaw wrap. I will call that number. is literally 45 minutes from me, so if I needed to, I could have my husband go pick them up for me. That's what I get for wating till the last minute. Guest guest
Donna, I got the Zip-N-Squeeze a week or so ago. They arrived just a few days after ordering them by phone, and we're in MI. When I spoke with then, she did say she was getting ready to go to an upcoming convention, so I'm sure that's where she is if you've been unable to reach her. Since you're so close by, I doubt you'll have a problem getting your supplies. Looks like has been successful in impacting the market in your area, CA, since your hospitals are now using the bags--lucky you! I doubt that is the case here in MI, so I'm glad we've got the bags and jaw wrap in our hot little hands. Well, my daughter's and your surgeries are just around the corner now...are you ready? She just finished classes and has that load off her shoulders, although she has taken on some freelance work in addition to her part-time job that will keep her busy right up until THE DAY. We are headed to the pre-op physical on Monday. We are going to ask about the blood donation thing. This is not something that my daughter has been asked to do. I don't know how likely having to have a transfusion is--hopefully, unlikely since she hasn't given blood. Donna, keep us posted on what's happening with you. Did you say you're having upper and lower for a class II? I can't remember now. It will be " the works " on this end--upper, lower, and genio. Needless to say, we have our fingers crossed that all goes well. Sue > > Thank you Cammie. Funny but my surgeon gave me that book with two Zip > N Squeeze to start with.
