I have really been watching what I have been eating. For breakfast I have 1cup yogurt, 1 cup honey nut shredded wheat and 2 cups milk. For lunch I have a snapple a day low carb drink or a yogurt smoothie, carrots with ranch dressing and some kind of fruit. Sometimes jello but usually not. For dinner I have a large green salad (yuck) with light ranch dressing, and some form of frozen dinner. Usually smart ones, or lean cuisene. Some kind of low calorie ice cream treat for dessert. I have been fairly satisfied and feel pretty good about my meals. LOTS of water. I find drinking the milk and yogurt are important because the weeks I don't get them in every day I don't do well at all.

Weighed in Saturday morning with a 1.25 lb loss. This is my last weigh in with current chapter. Won't weigh in at new chapter this coming Tuesday since my current chapter doesn't officially disband until midnight next Saturday, right after SRD. Did it this way since registration paperwork was already submitted and SRD funds are coming from current chapter.

Well I turtled again this week. I had hoped I lost but I will settle for a turtle over a gain any day of the week.
