It actually doesn't look too bad - didn't blister up or anything (at least not yet) it's just red and hurts, but of course I couldn't admit PAIN after doing something that stupid, so I just kept right one working LOL There was a line when I got there at 2 all the way out to the road and it was still there when I left at 6:30! Definitely not a boring job Melody Moris, Leader TOPS #Tx1454, Pleasanton http://www.texastops.org email: mmoris@... 43.75 Pounds GONE!! 97.75 to GOAL! ARRRGGGHHH I HATE THE SCALE!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE SEND ME SCISSORS SO I CAN CUT THE STRING TO THIS DARN YO-YO!!! No matter where we live, no matter who we are, we're all bound by borders....borders that define our lives....some real, some imagined. Many of us are content to live within these borders. Others are forced to. But some of us need to break out, burst through, even if what lies on the other side is both frightening and unknown. Guest guest
Wish I could say the same thing on a fund raiser I took part in today. I'm in a Lodge and we had a spaghetti dinner. Had it advertised in the community paper for two weeks, put out flyers, mailed flyers, word of mouth, and a sign outside the building. Other than our members and some of their family, only 3 people showed up to it. I think we spent more buying the things for the diiner than what we brought in. Guest guest
When Donna and I worked from 8-10:30 the line still was to the street and finally they had to cut the line off because they still kept coming.
