There is not very many people here who have ate rice for breakfast. I amde

it for our land lord a few years back and her loved it and I showed him how

simple it was to do and now his wife and their family eats it all the time.

I love rice and bisquits and bacon. I don't like chocolate, but, every once

in awhile I get a hankering for the chocolate gravy, but, I only eat maybe a

sppon or two of it., My husband loves it. I make it for him sometimes. It

is hard to get right though. I hate sasuage, but, love salt pork. I

usually only eat breakfast on weekends because the weekdays I grab a cereal

bar.

I never heard of the chocolate gravy but we did have rice alot as a hot cereal

when I was little...topped with butter and sugar. If I have left over rice

I sometimes make it for my kids. They always eat it up!

Hi Pepper,

Do you know if I could modify this recipe for a diabetic using

Splenda instead of sugar? I know I'm going to LOVE this recipe BTW ~
