Guest guest
Elle McPherson also has a video with Voight, a great fitness trainer from California. It was made in the mid nineties and is now out of print, but can be reliably found on Ebay for around $5-10. It has a great soundtrack with INXS and Sting songs, is about 45 minutes long, and alternates between weights and cardio circuits. It's intermediate in level, but doable for the beginner, too. I also wanted to mention a couple of great resources for finding the right video for your particular needs: www.videofitness.com and www.collagevideo.com VF doesn't sell videos, but is a comprehensive site with reviews and other helpful info for choosing which video (there are so many!) Collage sells videos and has some features that VF doesn't, like video clips. You can actually preview a video before buying it. One last thing: don't forget to check your local library or use interlibrary loan! A great way to preview and know for sure you like the video before you buy...
