On your profile I have you down as "D & C to remove embedded placenta". Should I change that?

I believe that it was the D & C that caused your Ashermans and not the retained fetal membranes. It was one thing that led to the other ie fetal membranes, D & C, Ashermans. In most other cases, infection usually takes place before the D & C. In your case, you did not have any infection right?
