Gained this week 1.75 so I am two above goal. Too much of too much for me this week. Next week I will do better and have a loss for sure.

Thanks Helon,

I'm on a low-carb plan and we had a salad supper last night with officer instillation so I broke with my program for that one meal. I got back on track again as soon as I wiped my mouth with my napkin and I'm feeling pretty good about that today. In the past, going off my program would derail me for a week or two but I had set my mind mentally even before I went to the meeting and determined that NOTHING would derail me this time because I would not allow it!! That seems to be working for me... who knew?
