Guest guest
I am glad you posted about the use of progesterone cream and your particular case. In fact, your case sounds similar to mine in the sense of " less urgency " in terms or finding a solution and time being on your side at this point. My periods are regular in terms of amount of days and schedule, but I have absolute flooding those first 2 -3 days ( super tampon every 1 -2 hours) with " normal " period cramps. I have bladder pressure that is most noticable in the morning. In fact, I can feel the enlarged uterus when I am lying down On my back after an 8 hour sleep due to no urination (full baldder). Is this COMMON to anyone else, by the way??? Anyway, I am apprehensive to start the progesterone cream, but I want to do something, as you have. PLEASE keep me posted on your situation and your experiences with diet changes, progesterone cream, etc. I just purchased the detox " herbs " and a good muti vit. high in Bs and trying the dietary changes that were mentioned in Dr. Lee's book that you have mentioned here, as well.
