Guest guest
Too funny!!!!! Congrats!! We are not there yet so I'm sure I'll eventually be gleaning info from you !!! I love to read your posts. On a side note, I cooked some squash to put in meatballs. When I came back after it cooled it was missing!! I went to my daughter's room and she has an orange ring around her mouth!! lOVE IT!! > I feel like Tom Hanks in Castaway... remember the scene where he's finally made fire, and he keeps shouting, " Look at what I have done?! I... I, have made FIRE!! I - HAVE - MADE - FIRE!! " Well, that's me... " I... have made CHEESE!! " I feel like super-woman. I dripped my yogurt and squeezed it between the towels and books (what great, easy to follow instructions, thanks for that Marilyn). And there it is - I started with milk, then yogurt, now CHEESE... who knew I could do that? This stuff is a great texture and I know we'll use it lots of ways. Guest guest
I know how you feel. I have always been a " color by numbers " kind of cook. I was afraid to step out and even tweek a recipe. I just visited the www.pecanbread.com website and was amused by the number of recipes that have my name on them. Is that the same ? Last month I went to spend a week with my mom and brother. They were shocked to watch me in the kitchen. I used to call my mom on how to cook something. Now she is calling me for cooking advise! > I feel like Tom Hanks in Castaway... remember the scene where he's finally made fire, and he keeps shouting, " Look at what I have done?! I...
