You know maybe if there were a duty-roster - So that on certain days of the

month - or week it would be Patti's turn, the next day Carol's , the next

Jody's etc etc- anyone who feels competent enough could join teh list of Newbie

question respondersx- As it is now often a newbie asks a question, and all 4

respond This causes extra work for everyone, extra messages repeating teh same-

( or close to the same info)

Thanks for the idea.

We're doing OK without a schedule or shifts. What we want is for parents and

care givers to read all the great information people took the trouble to archive

and learn to search and research because as Clinton and Gore used to say

the Internet is the highway to the 21st century. Here we are in that century

but occasionally it seems a bridge too far.

We do run it a bit like an office in the sense that I will email Jody and

say I won't be back til dinnertime and she will tell me when she has to take

the boys to the doctor or dentist for a few hours. But then Sheila, Sue or

others are here so you are almost never alone.

I learned SCD by reading a chapter of BTVC every night before turning out

the light and rereading it when I finished the book. It made me sleepy and

smarter at the same time.

After all that I still was mixed up about gluten and starch and needed extra

tutoring in that. Still do! But I know what to avoid.
