I made too many of those cutout cookies which happen to be really

good, by the way! You think they would be okay to freeze? I suppose

I could just freeze them and find out for myself, but I thought I'd

ask here too. In the past, I would have just tossed cookies out and

bought more...but nowadays, they are a bit more labor intensive. :)

Some of the cookies I have made stuck together or got sticky in the

freezer. So I flash froze them before packaging them up. ( single

layers on a cookie sheet till frozen).

Also some got soggy so I crisped them back up with the dehydrator.

Mindy, as someone else already said, freeze them on a cookie pan first then

throw them all in a ziploc freezer baggy. Another way to save yourself time is

to cut out (if you didn't already) shapes for all the different holidays coming

up. This way when its time for school parties, or whatever, you already have

your cookies, you just need to decorate.
