Guest guest
I need help seasoning my ketchup. My daughter is a ketchup snob. Heinz all the way. What I made was GROSS!!! I added honey, vinegar and salt and pepper. It tasted like tomato juice with honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. I know this should be easy enough but I am SO not a cook. Thanks,

Guest guest
I read the ingredients on the back of a regular ketchup and they included garlic and onion. I added crushed some garlic and some onions and added a little of each to they ketchup. I also sweetened with clover honey (has a lighter taste then other honeys). I also added a little Sweet-n-Low which allowed me to use less honey. ketchup I need help seasoning my ketchup. My daughter is a ketchup snob. Heinz all the way. What I made was GROSS!!! Guest guest
" I also put in a little onion powder and a tiny smidge of cayenne pepper. " Just make sure you are using homemade onion powder. Store bought onion powders tend to have starches in them to prevent caking.
