Oh my goodness, ,

you are a little living miracle. I hope you will do well in October.

We just never know what will be our lot in life will be. It can be difficult but

the magic (spiritual) thing is to hang in there. You are so blessed to

have great doctors. There are quite a few here that doctors have put on

a shelf and ignore our every complaint. I am glad we have this site. It really

has helped me to research on my own and find a healthy way of life that

agrees with my immune system.

I hope you are feeling well at this time. I am feeling pretty good but the

Austin

heat(107 today) keeps me inside. So am painting away, lol. This is the reason

you find me at this hour...am looking through websites for trees am planning to

paint.         I am praying for you.

Health and Blessings,

Hi Lovell,

Are you having to take anything for the Gerd? Recently read that with taking

acid blockers, you will not be able to absorb b vitamins,as they need acid to be

absorbed. I used to take the fresh lemon juice in water with meals, and my

sister(who has had ulcers) takes the organic apple cider vinegar. Even a healthy

person is only about to absorb a small amount of the Bs in a supplement. google

b 12, or b deficiency.
